Technotar and Taktar serve as intermediaries to obscure Mehr Eqtesad Iranian Investment Company’s control over IZMDC. Calcimin, which is owned by IZMDC, acts as an intermediary to maintain ownership over four additional mineral companies: Bandar Abbas Zinc Production Company, Qeshm Zinc Smelting And Reduction Company, Zanjan Acid Production Company, and Parsian Catalyst Chemical Company;

Calcimin, Acid Makers Alvand Rouinkaran, Andishemhvaran Co., Bafgh Zinc Smelting Co., Angooran, Miners, RECo, Iran Mineral Processing Co., ZIDC Company, Qeshm Zinc Melting and Reduction, Shomalshargh Shahrood, Persian Catalyst Chemical Co., Zangan Zinc Industry, Bandar Abbas Zinc Production, Iran Zinc Production Co., National Iranian Lead and Zinc Co., Pooya Alpha Machin, Angooran;

Iran Zink and Mines Development Company owns Andisheh Mehvaran Investment Company. Andisheh Mehvaran acted as an investment firm for IZMDC, obtaining profit from its investments in large entities such as Parsian Bank, Sina Bank, and Bahman Group;
