Iranian MP Hossein-Ali Haji Doleigani said at least one third of the Iranian people are having problems due to their investments and savings in financial-credit institutes.

“Psychological, spiritual concerns and worries resulting from investing in such institutions, in addition to the investor, causes problems for their families and it appears more than 20 million people are suffering in this regard,” he said.

“Today, we are witnessing rallies and protests by investors who placed their money in Caspian, Alborz, Arman, Thamen and … in various parts of the country. People would place their small investments in such financial institutions, and yet faced fraud or their investments being wasted,” Doleigani added.
