The Director General of Ilam’s Welfare Organization announced that 98 marriages under 15 years of age have been recorded in the province during the past nine months. 94 of them were girls and 4 of them were boys, according to Zahra Hemmati who was quoted Tuesday by the state-run IRNA news agency.
