Mohammad-Javad Zarif, the Islamic regime’s foreign minister has said that former US Secretary of State John Kerry and former EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini have become so fond of him that they’ve become his fall-guys. According to Zarif, this is the reason why they have not received the Nobel Peace Prize.
On Tuesday, October 15th, Zarif, who spoke to a group of Islamic social media users, said the two diplomats had “taken a stand” where the JCPOA is concerned.
He also claimed to have received the highest points as candidate for the Nobel Peace Prize for two consecutive years but was certain that he would not be awarded. Zarif did not specify how he got the most points, as well as how he had come by such precise information. He did boast however that the London-based organization Global Risk Insight which claims to perform risk analysis “beyond the conventional notions of risk to look at human rights, the environment, and Under the Radar issues” recognized him as their 2015 person of the year in political risk.
