The Chairman of the Isfahan Workers’ Representatives, Mojtaba Muliani, said that workers could not make a living with the current wages and the economic conditions, according to the state-run Tasnim news agency report on December 3, 2017. “Workers’ wages do not even cover them for 10 days”, he said.

Muliyani said that about 900,000 people were currently working as laborers in the Province of Isfahan.“From these people, 80 percent are working in the private sector, and in light of the economic turbulence in the country, the government has not allocated any kind of facilities for them”, he added.
