An Iranian-backed militia group that is currently supported fighting in Iraq and Syria just threated the US military in Iraq and warned the Americans to withdraw their troops.

In a televised interview, Nasr al-Shamri, an executive director of the terrorist proxy group Harakat al-Nujaba, said: “We will never forget the atrocities of the United States in our country and we still have not settled a score with America.”

He then told the Iraqi government that they should agree on an exact timetable for the US to withdraw the 9,000 troops that are currently stationed in Iraq from the country.

Although disturbing, this is nothing new, according to Ahmad Majidyar. Ever since the terrorist cell ISIS, which also has ties to Iran, began to collapse, the Iranian Regime and its terrorist militias across the Middle East have ramped up their propaganda machines against the US, with the goal of removing American troops from the Middle East.

Already this month, several Iran-linked militia groups within Iraq’s Popular Mobilization Force groups issued veiled and direct threats of violence against the US military who are currently advising and assisting the Iraqi security forces.

Harakat al-Nujaba (aka Harakat Hezbollah al-Nujaba) is an Iraqi sectarian group that operates in both Iraq and Syria under the command of Qassem Soleimani, a commander in the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps’ (IRGC) elite Quds Force unit.

It has been active in Syria since 2013, and its leader, Akram al-Kaabi, has pledged allegiance to Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.

The IRGC used the Nujaba group to portray Iran as an ally in the fight against ISIS, but also to put pressure on the governments of Iraq, the Middle East, and the US.

In March 2017, the Nujaba movement announced that it would be creating a new brigade in order to seize the Golan Heights, claiming that “victories” against ISIS and Sunni rebels in Iraq and Syria, allowed the group to attack Israel instead.

The new group would be filled with highly-trained, well-equipped fighters who were capable of attacking the Jewish state.

Kaabi said: “Israel is weaker than a spider web. Islamic resistance is capable of confronting the axis of evil and annihilating the occupying Zionist regime.”

So, the Iranian Regime pretended to fight ISIS, in order to attack Israel in 2017 and are now turning on the US. This is just another example of how the Iranian Regime will destabilise the countries of the Middle East through any means in order to take control.
