The state-run Bajestan news agency reported that a man was publicly flogged on December 5, 2017, for getting in a knife fight in Bajestan, situated in the center of Khorasan Razavi Province in north eastern Iran. According to the city’s prosecutor, legal proceedings and interrogations were carried
