The ERC determined to add the Chuangxinda Electronics-Tech to the Entity List on the basis of § 744.11(b) under the destination of China for their activities contrary to the national security and foreign policy interests of the United States;
Specifically, these entities use deceptive practices to supply or attempt to supply Iran with U.S-origin electronics that would ultimately provide support to Iran’s military. These entities are added to the Entity List with a license requirement for all items subject to the EAR. BIS will review license applications for items for these entities under a presumption of denial. No license exceptions are available for exports, reexports, or transfers (in-country) to these entities;
