Aviation Network Associates was instrumental in the procurement and/or re-transfer of U.S.-origin items to Iran, in violation of the Iranian Transactions and Sanctions Regulations and the EAR, and are implicated as being directly involved in activities that are contrary to the national security or foreign policy interests of the United States as set forth in § 744.11(b) of the EAR;

The ERC determined to add Aviation Network Associates, to the Entity List under the destination of Iran for actions contrary to the national security or foreign policy interest of the United States. Specifically, these individuals are added on the basis of their support for nuclear-related activities that are contrary to the national security or foreign policy of the United States;
