Spearheaded procurement for construction of the IR-40 reactor. Was the recipient of thousands of specialized valves from Germany and India, suitable for use in nuclear reactors, from a procurement network run by Hossein Tanideh that also included Gholamali Kazemi, Kianzad Kazemi, Hamid Khouran, and Rudolf Mayer. Has collaborated with Faratech, Zolal Company, and Maysun Company on the IR-40 reactor;
