By the end of 2017 I have taken over the 15% of Mr. Freudlinger, an old friend who helped financially in the early days of the company. This purchase is not yet documented by a lawyer because Mr. Freudlinger is over 80 years old and in a bad health constitution. Because of that, we were not able to fix a joint notary appointment.
However it is irrelevant, because of the German law, an owner of more than 75% has the full and single control of the company.

As pointed out in the APG documents, Airpass is 33% shareholder of APG Germany.
All APG Germany employees are employees of Airpass GmbH, sub contracted to APG.
Therefore in the services to Mahan Air, there will be no changes at all. All employees who worked for Mahan Air in APG, will continue to work for Mahan Air with the same professional services.
