CHP Group Deputy Chairman Özgür Özel stated that the initials of the company were taken from the names of Burak Erdoğan , Mustafa Erdoğan and Ziya İlgen .
The name Bumerz is not a new name in terms of public opinion in Turkey.

Looking back from today, it is understood that there is a commercial and legal relationship between Bumerz Limited in the Isle of Man and Bumerz Denizcilik company in Turkey. When you look at the Trade Registry records, this kinship seems clearer.

– May 29, 2015: The company management, consisting of Kasım Öztaş, Murat Teke and Erol Koç , convenes and takes a retrospective decision.
As of 30 December 2014, Bumerz Denizcilik has a single shareholder A.Ş. decides to continue its activities . The sole shareholder is determined as Bahaddin Ayan.
AT THE SAME ADDRESS
Another interesting decision was taken shortly after this date. Bumerz Denizcilik, which changed its address on March 31, 2015, is moving the company to an address in Sarıyer, when necessary.
