Mahmoud Alavi, the clerical regime’s Minister of Intelligence, on April 19, 2019, tried to boost the morale of the regime’s depressed forces after the terrorist designation of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), by making ridiculous claims such as the mullahs’ Gestapo had made “intelligence epic” by “Khamenei’s guidelines” over the past year. He said, “Over the past year, 116 teams related to PMOI/MEK have been dealt with.”

The Iranian Resistance, emphasizing that arrests of last year were much more than the figures given by the head of the Mafia of terrorist and murderous mullahs, said the same day the mullahs regime should publish the names of all those arrested.

In this regard, the PMOI published the names of 28 detainees of 2018/2019 still in jail, and calls for urgent international action for their release:

On April 19, 2019, Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the Iranian Resistance, called on the Secretary-General of the United Nations, the High Commissioner and the Human Rights Council of the United Nations and international human rights organizations to take immediate action to release those detainees and to appoint delegations to visit the regime’s prisons and to meet political prisoners.
