KGaA, KG, recently signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (M.O.U.) with Sina Port & Marine Company (SPMCO), part of SINA Group which is one of the largest Iranian companies, with interests in various economic activities, such as health care, pension, banking, logistic infrastructure, ports and maritime activities as well as manufacturing and insurance;

Sina ICT Group is controlled and owned by the Mostazafan Foundation. Bonyad e-Mostazafan Foundation is controlled by the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC), and Supreme Leader of Iran;
