Dear Mr. Hossein Dehghan, good luck
With the transfer of Mr. Fattah to the executive headquarters of Farman Imam (RA) and with appreciation and thanks for his responsible and diligent management in serving the underprivileged, I am appointing you as the head of the Mostazafan Foundation since you have an outstanding record in top managements.
My most important advice is to empower the weak, to use this national trust for development and progress in disadvantaged areas, and to use young, expert, revolutionary, and jihadist forces, observing the clauses of the resistance economy.
I wish you success from Almighty God.
