Alborz Insurance is Iranian entity owned and controlled by the government of Iran. According to the annual reports of Alborz Insurance, on the official website, Alborz Insurance shareholders are:

1. Tosee’ Moeen Mellat Investment Company – 10.50%
– Tosee’ Moeen Mellat Investment Company is owned by Bank Mellat. Bank Mellat is added to the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list maintained by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) on 10.16.2018 pursuant to Executive Order 13224, for assisting, sponsoring, or providing financial, material, or technological support for, or financial or other services to or in support of, Andisheh Mehvaran Investment Company;
2. Mehr Ayandegan Financial Development Co. – 18.78%
3. Government of Iran – 17.34%
4. Saba Taamin Investment Company – 15.77%
5. Social Insurance Fund of Farmers, Villagers and Normads – 13.02%
6. Iranian Privatization Organization – 0.74%

Income from Alborz Insurance, Iran Regime uses to sponsor terrorist organizations, terrorist attacks, develop weapon of nuclear destruction and build more missiles to threaten to destroy other countries;
