Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of Iran, ruled in favor of Mohammad Foruzandeh, chairman of the Islamic Revolutionary Against Muslims Foundation for five years. The

Part of this decree states: “It is expected that in the framework of the strategic document and in accordance with other notification guidelines and in the context of the vision of the general policies of the system, you will use all the power and facilities available. It is hoped to be in a deserving and deserving service. To the disadvantaged and the oppressed, to upgrade their material and spiritual life, and to realize the ultimate goals of the Divine Success Foundation. ”

Mr. Farzandeh was replaced by Mohsen Rafiq Al-Abbas in 1999 with the decree of Ayatollah Khamenei. He was a commander of the Revolutionary Guards and for some time he was the defense minister of Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani.

The Mostazafan Foundation was established in Esfand 1357 with the confiscated property of the family of Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, a former Shah of Iran, their affiliates, and some Iranian manufacturers and tradesmen, with the aim of helping the poor and the needy under the auspices of Ayatollah Khomeini.

According to Ayatollah Khomeini, the Islamic Revolutionary Council stated: “According to this letter, it is the mission of the [Revolutionary Council] to provide all the movable and immovable property of the Pahlavi dynasty and its branches and functions and related to this dynasty, which during the period of illegal domination of The Muslims have embezzled the embezzlement of the poor and of the poor workers and employees, and the money has been deposited in the banks with a number called the Revolutionary Council or its name, and the immovable, such as real estate and land, are registered and distributed in order to benefit the poor from every class. Spend. ”

Under this ruling, the Mostazafan Foundation was founded in late 1979 under the auspices of Ayatollah Khomeini elected by Ali Khamenei, Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani, Mohammad Beheshti, Abdolkarim Mousavi Ardebili, Ahmad Jalali, Ali Asghar Masoudi and Ezatollah Sahabi.

The foundation was registered in 1979 as a nonprofit organization, and was elected as the first chairman of the Islamic Revolutionary Party of Iran.

Mohammad Ali Rajaee, the then prime minister and president of Iran, was appointed to the presidency in 1359 and held this post until he was bombed in the prime minister’s office in Shahrivar, 1360, which killed him.

After that, Ayatollah Khomeini appointed Mir Hossein Mousavi as prime minister in December 1981 under the chair of the Mostazafan Foundation. During this time, Mehdi Tabatabaei and then Tahmasb Mazaheri were selected by Mr. Mousavi to head the foundation.

In 1988, Ayatollah Khomeini, in a decree to the Iranian prime minister, added to the Ministry of Veterans Affairs the duties of the Mostazafan Foundation and the institution was renamed the “Islamic Revolutionary Victims Foundation”, which was reinstated after the foundation of the martyr responsible Veterans Affairs was called the Mostazafan Foundation.

With the end of Prime Minister Mir Hossein Mousavi in the summer of 1989, he resigned from the presidency of the foundation, and elected Ayatollah Ali Khamenei Mohsen Rafiq Doost, the founders of the Revolutionary Guards and the former Secretary of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps for the presidency of the oppressed and veterans.

‘The Middle East’s Biggest Economic Institute’

Mr. Rafiq Doost had been in charge until 1378, and during his tenure, extensive economic activities at the Mostazafan Foundation, made him one of the richest economic institutions in the Middle East. He is now a member of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees.

“The Foundation is the largest economic institution in Iran and the Middle East, and in terms of diversity it may even be said to be the largest in the whole world,” he said in a 1997 briefing about the Foundation.

Mr. Rafiq Doost, during the ten years that he headed the foundation, was thoroughly criticized as to how the business was operating.

Last year, the Ministry of Oil signed a memorandum of understanding with the Mostazafan foundation, according to which the Mostazafan Foundation entered the oil trade.

Prior to that, the Oil Ministry sold oil through its subsidiaries, and this was the first time that an entity other than the Oil Ministry had entered oil.

Except for activities in the field of energy in the field of tourism, textile, food production and industries and mines, the institute’s activities are vast.

The Mostazafan Foundation is a public institution in which the government and even the parliament do not have the right to interfere in its affairs, and such institutions as the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee and the Martyr Foundation are under the control of the Supreme Leader of Iran.

It has usually been the case that the heads of many institutions under the auspices of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei will be replaced by another director after ten years of command, in which case ten years of management and chairing of such Ali Larijani (Voice and Television), Mohammad Yazdi and Mahmoud Hashemi Shahrudi (Judiciary), Yahya Rahim Safavi (Revolutionary Guard Corps).

Mr. Safavi, after dismissing him from the IRGC’s command in 2007, retorted his resignation: “The sentences of the Prophet (Ayatollah Khamenei) do not last for more than 10 years, and his example was ruled by Ali Larijani at the time of the presidency of the Voice and Television Organization We were witnessing. ”

Mohsen Rafiq Doost had the presidency of the Mostazafan Foundation for ten years, and perhaps the decree of the five-year-old president, Mohammad Forouzandeh, in the Mostazafan Foundation for the third time in the tradition of breaking the trend.
